laser
Fabulous for thick or high pile synthetics fabrics like micro fleece. We use the laser
to vaporize the surface of the garment while maintaining the fabrics integrity.
The process works extremely well on vibrant colours, as the etched artwork with
appear tonal and provide a subtle distinctive look. Logo locations are unlimited
and great for water resistant fabrics
tackle twill
One of the oldest methods of embellishing a logo, but
it provides a rich vintage look. The designs are best for
full front designs with large text. There are a variety of
fonts and twill fabrics to choose from. The colours are
vast, but not unlimited.
embossing/debossing
A die is created from your logo image to creating two
unique looks. The fabric is then depressed (Debossed)
or raised (embossed) on the fabrics with high heat and
pressure. This gives the logvo a subtle tone on tone
look. There is no backing need and no puncturing of
the fabric leaving no placement restrictions.
heat transfer
Heat transfer applications are perfect for printing
high quality, full-colour custom graphics on more
technical and water resistant garments. Sizing of
the logo, location and details in heat transfers are
unlimited. If you are looking for a detailed logo with a
lot of colour or decorating on technical fabrics.
embroidery
Your logo is stitchedontothe fabric throughtheuseof highspeedcomputer controlled
sewing machines. The design is reproduced with tightly-stitched thread creating a
reliable and traditional look for your brand. Embroidery is still the most used type of
decoration when putting a logo on a garment. It gives the flexibility to either have a
very subtle look by using embroidery threads that either match or are close to same
colour as the garment or really stand out by using eye catching colours. Embroidery is
a very cost effective type of decoration but has some limitations with positioning.
